In line with government, national and local advice we ask that all customers are aware of the following guidelines that are in place at our venue.
- Play sessions are restricted to 2 hours.
- Please wash/sanitise your hands on a regular basis, including when entering & exiting the play frame, toddler village, sports cage and bounce castle.
- Our tables have been arranged with social distancing in mind. Please do not move any tables or chairs.
- Please maintain a 2 metre distance between other guests.
- When moving around the venue or sing the play frame please wear a suitable face covering.
- Please use the floor markings if queuing at reception, the café, toilets or waiting to use specific play areas.
- Always wear socks in venue when using the equipment.
- Enhanced cleaning routines will be carried out during your stay, we hope this will not affect your visit.
- Sanitising stations are located around the building. If you require any additional items, please let a member of staff know.
- Toys are sanitised and rotated on a regular basis.
- We have had to remove higher risk items i.e. the baby area, dress up clothes, art tables etc…
- Our management and staff will have authority to ask customers who dis-regard these guidelines to leave the premises.
We would ask that everyone would follow these guidelines. We have done our utmost to reduce the risks for customers however we cannot accept any liability should an outbreak of Covid-19 occur, either directly or indirectly on the premises.
